Lets look at a most-anticipated and long-awaited action-romantic-comic film Wanted. Long-awaited, because the film surfaces after a much-hyped legal dispute over a Copyright row since 2008. It also marks the Hindi Directorial Debut of well-known choreographer PrabhuDeva. A remake of the Telugu blockbuster, Pokhiri, the film is all about a hardcore gangster, named Radhe, played by Salman Khan. Radhe is a sharpshooter who is known to work on his own terms, inspite of working for a dreaded Mafioso called Gani Bhai. Radhe, infamous for his rebellious streak, is seen defying the authorities now and then along with irritating lots of other gangs. Totally fearless and very committed towards his commitments, Radhe single-handedly eliminates Gani Bhai’s enemies one by one as promised but in the process makes more enemies than he had bargained for. Parallel to his killings and profession runs his love story with young and pretty, Janhvi who has professed a liking for him. But their love story calls for a love triangle when Inspector Talpade, too sets his lustful eyes on Janhvi. Inspector Talpade is not aware of Janhvis soft corner for Radhe, but when he does come to know, he wants to pin down Radhe for good. So, on one hand there is a bloody gang war taking place to get a piece of Mumbai, And on the other, Police Commissioner Ashraf Khan vows to make the city crime-free.
